A first major renovation is a leap of faith. You hand over the house you live in and trust that the people who show up know what they are doing. The Nilsens took that leap with us, and we did not treat it lightly.
This was a whole-home renovation — the first project of its kind for the family. We brought in the trade partners we have worked alongside for years, because the fastest way to ruin a homeowner's first experience is with a crew you can't vouch for.
