We're bringing twenty years of home-building across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska to Sandpoint and the Idaho Panhandle — custom homes designed for Idaho winters, Idaho summers, and the way this place asks to be lived in.
Since 2020, we've been forging relationships and putting down roots in Sandpoint and the Panhandle — with the goal of making it our permanent home. The craft moves with us; the presence is the point.
We spent years on the coast learning how to build homes that handle weather, light, and the people who live in them. Sandpoint is where we're taking that craft next — and where we plan to stay.
We also bring our resource network with us. Two decades of trade partnerships across the greater Pacific Northwest — timber, millwork, stone, specialty finishes — layered on top of the local relationships we're building here in Bonner County.
That means we show up. We know the subs we're partnering with, we walk every site, and we're here for the decade after the keys turn over.
A look at homes we've built across the Northwest. Sandpoint gets the same craft, the same trades we vet personally, and the same long arc after the keys turn over.
A class act for seemingly any project I throw at them. Multiple bathroom tear-downs and rebuilds, a wrap-around porch restructure, kitchen remodel, concrete floors, glass-walled showers, and tile work—all to a perfect finish. Chad's eye for design and high standards for subcontractors stood out. An easy 5 stars.

We're taking on a select number of custom home and high-quality remodel projects throughout Sandpoint and the surrounding Idaho Panhandle.
Slopes, waterfront, island lots — we build where other contractors pass. The Selle Valley site is no exception.
We don't sub out the relationship. Every trade on your project is one we've worked with and would hire for our own house.
We're here for the ten-year warranty conversation, not just the ribbon cutting. That's the point of relocating.
The earlier the conversation starts, the better the build. Tell us about your site, your timing, or just what you're thinking.
